It doesn't take much to understand how much better sex is when you feel good about how you look naked. Flat abdominals, strong butt and a sleek upper back all help. Try this great little exercise for strengthening some important muscles.



Lying on your front, chest raised, hands under your forehead and legs extended off the fl oor. Beat the legs together briskly, only as wide as the mat. Keep your abdominals pulled up. Do 20-40.
